High-school friends reconnect twenty-five years later at the funeral of one of the group. They were youngsters in the 1980s who were sure that they would be friends forever, but their lives took different paths as new partners, children and jobs entered the picture. Now they are in their late forties and things have changed. Little by little, however, they are able to revive their long-standing friendships, even as they realize that youthful dreams don't always turn out as expected. But it is never too late to start again.
