In 1992 Televisió de Catalunya produced the documentary Un any a pagès which followed the life of the Carreras, a family of country people living in the Vall d'en Bas, for an entire year, and which was shown on TV3's programme 30 minuts.
Now, 25 years later, a TV crew goes back to visit the same family and find out what has happened to them in the intervening years. Com hem canviat shows the major changes undergone by the family members over the last quarter of a century.
Com hem canviat was broadcast by TV3 as part of the programme Sense ficció in autumn 2017.
